Busy privately owned Dermatology practice is looking for a pleasant, and dependable person to join our team. This requires someone who possesses good communications skills and attention to detail. Previous medical scheduling and text platform experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling patients through a text platform and call center.

2. Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule them accordingly.

3. Manage a high-volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks to remain organized, promote prompt and courteous service.

4. Review and update patient insurance information.

5. Miscellaneous Administrative duties.

Qualifications:

1. Multitasker with attention to detail.

2. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

3. Quick learner.

4. Solid written and verbal communication skills and listening skills.

5. Ability to use multiple programs at once (EMR, Word, Outlook, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
